management of Al-Areeky Commercial Complex, Gas Station and
Spring Resorts, which it performs the following tasks:

licensing and taxes, making sure the property and facilities
are equipped and complies with all the current safety
requirements and Kingdom laws. Comprehensive monthly
statements. Advertising and promoting the property for
rentals.
Maintenance
Maintenance
service is a very important part of our property management.
Without proper maintenance, we risk a dissatisfied guest,
unplanned expenses, and serious physical damage to the
property.
Safety
and Security
Periodic
Safety and Security checks of all properties and sites,
which are owned by Al-Areeky group. Evaluating and
correcting current conditions and improve procedures to
mitigate losses.
General
Maintenance and
Pest
Control
Includes
mowing of lawns, edging along all concrete and flowerbeds,
trimming, blowing off debris from driveway and walkways.
Includes replacement of standard light bulbs, replacing or
washing the air conditioner filter quarterly, pool window
and door alarm service & battery replacement. Interior
pest control is performed bi-weekly and as needed to prevent
the invasion of unwanted pests. |
